How do printables work? Once I order a printable design, then what happens?

Once you place your order and payment has been received, your product(s) will be customized based on the information provided. Once finished, a link where you can access your digital printable file will be sent to your email. Once downloaded, you can open the file in Adobe Acrobat (free download at www.adobe.com) and print at home or bring it to a local print shop for printing. We include instructions to help assist you with your printables.

Can you print my order?

What is the turnaround time for customized printables?

Our standard turnaround time for emailed printable designs is within 3 (three) business days. If you need the products more quickly, please Contact Us or send an email to hello@sparktheoccasion.com with more information regarding your requirements.

Can I type in my text or edit the designs once I receive them?

Many of our printable products will be customized before you receive them. In addition, the printable products denoted by a ^ symbol can easily be customized by you: Adobe Reader will also allow you to personalize these items by editing the text in the provided input boxes. Please note: the placement of text and the font style, size and color can NOT be changed.

Do you take custom design orders?
